Dispensary & Clubs module
Member checks before checkout
Regulated retail, switched on.
Clubs and dispensaries need to know who is eligible and how much each member has already received. Dispensary & Clubs checks both before an order completes, using the products, customers and orders your organisation already manages in Trapyfy. If an order fails a check, it doesn’t go through, and staff can see why.
Only verified members can check out
Members are registered from your existing customers and verified before they can order. Guests can’t check out through the module, and pending or suspended members are stopped. You set the minimum age and decide whether an expired membership blocks an order or only shows a warning.
Limits that follow the member
Limits are set in grams per order, day, month or product category. Daily and monthly limits are cumulative: they count every order the member has already placed in that period, so a second order on the same day is checked against the first. You can also set stricter quantity limits for younger members.
Every basket is added up in grams
Each product carries a grams-per-unit value, set on the product or as a category default. The module totals the basket in grams and compares it with the member’s limits. A product without a value can’t be checked out through the module, so gaps in your setup show up before an order completes.
Member credit, checked at checkout
Members can settle orders from a credit balance your organisation records for them. When they do, the module checks that the available balance covers the order. Trapyfy doesn’t hold member funds.

The same checks across every channel
Members don’t always order the same way. Their eligibility, limits and credit apply wherever they order, so you don’t need a separate process for each channel.
Telegram shop
Members order through your Telegram bot, and the checks run before the order completes.
Staff POS
Staff select the member and see their member number, status and available credit before completing the sale. Credit can also be added at the counter.
Self-service kiosk
Members identify themselves with their phone number and see their available credit and remaining allowance before checkout. Orders settled from member credit complete with no additional payment step.
An order at the POS in the morning reduces what the same member can order at the kiosk that evening. Changing channel doesn’t reset the limits, and each new order still has to pass the checks. See how the Trapyfy POS and self-service kiosk work.

Member history and reports
When you need to review a member’s orders, or which limits applied on a given date, the record is already there.
One record for each member
Each member’s record shows the grams calculated for their orders, their credit top-ups and spending, and their order history. Suspending or reinstating a member needs a reason, and each change is logged with who made it and when. In the members list, members appear by number rather than by name.
Reports for any date range
Choose a date range to see the limits in force at the time, totals by period, member or product, and every refused order with its channel and reason. Totals can be exported as CSV. The Dispensary checkout and reports documentation explains each report.

Set up for your club.
Start with your existing products and customer records. Enable Dispensary in the Module Store, configure your membership rules and quantity limits, and set the grams-per-unit values used at checkout. Then register and verify your members.
Your organisation sets the rules.
Your organisation decides which limits suit its licence and verifies identity documents. Trapyfy applies your configured limits and records member credit; it does not hold member funds.

Questions about Dispensary & Clubs
Answers to common questions from licensed clubs, associations and dispensaries.
Dispensary & Clubs, shown as Dispensary in the Trapyfy app, is the module for licensed clubs, associations and dispensaries. It lets only verified members check out and applies the age and quantity limits the organisation configures on every channel. When an order is settled from member credit, it checks that the member's available balance covers it. It also records what each member receives.
